Delivery Rules

At Beauty Haven, we are committed to delivering your purchases quickly and efficiently. Please review our delivery rules below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.

1. Delivery Partner

We partner with Pathao Courier for all our deliveries. Pathao Courier is a reliable and trusted delivery service in Bangladesh, ensuring that your products reach you in a timely and secure manner.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: Products will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items ordered.
• Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Locations

We deliver to most locations within Bangladesh. If your location is not serviceable by Pathao Courier, we will inform you and discuss alternative delivery options.

5. Delivery Process

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
• Dispatch Notification: You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
• Delivery: Pathao Courier will deliver the products to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.

6. Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, Pathao Courier will make another attempt to deliver your order.
• If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• We will work with Pathao Courier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your complete order in good condition.
